The PABR® Institute offers virtual visits through Zoom that includes a complete comprehensive assessment, treatment development, and instruction of body relaxation techniques, body awareness training, and muscle activation training in real-time. It will include a demonstration of exercises tailored to the client’s needs for muscle relaxation, activation, and integration. Dr. Amy has clients in France, England, and various locations around the US who have used this service and progressed well through the program to meet their goals.

She will also assess your home and work life to make suggestions to maximize your progress toward relief.

The PABR® Institute hosts workshops throughout the country for various groups seeking to learn how to improve the health of their bodies through specialized breathing and body reposition training. Workshops are typically 1.5-3 hours long, depending on the group’s needs and number of attendees. The attendees will learn how to calm down their nervous system and regain control over their bodies so they can take less medication, improve their sleep, decrease their stress, improve their flexibility/mobility, increase strength and avoid surgeries they thought were necessary.

The PABR® Institute partners with corporations and businesses that desire to improve employee health, well-being and productivity. Dr. Amy will present on how to use breathing techniques and body position training to reduce stress, pain, and anxiety in employees that are stationary or perform repetitive movements throughout the day. Instruction is provided on correct ergonomics, whether it is for prolonged sitting at a desk, prolonged standing, or repetitive lifting or bending. The techniques taught will save the corporation time and money by allowing their employees to increase their efficiency and focus on their tasks instead of the aches and pains in their bodies.

The virtual initial evaluation is 90 min long. We discuss your medial background, perform a full-body assessment, explain the science and begin going through skills so you have breathing exercises/positions to implement immediately. This includes a recording of what we went over, exercise sheets, and email instructions.
The virtual progression sessions are 60 min long. We begin with a short review of your progress/challenges since your previous session, an assessment of your current status, and implementation of the next phase/progression of the positions/exercises that your body needs. This includes a recording of what we went over, exercise sheets, and email instructions.

This 60-minute virtual visit will take place through Zoom and will include an exploration into your running goals, your current running habits, and your current strengthening program. Then you’ll get coaching on various exercises for your whole body, breathing basics to calm the nervous system, nutrition tips for before, during and after the run, and the development of a running and workout schedule to implement into your lifestyle.

The 15 minute free consultation will give Dr. Amy Novotny a chance to learn about you to see if this is the correct fit for your health and body journey. You will receive an email with a zoom link. Confirmation that you received this email will be needed in order to hold the session. All sessions will be virtual at this time to protect the health of all clients due to COVID-19 outbreak.
